3.3 Compliance: You must comply with local telecom, data privacy, and content laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Service Availability & Updates
We aim to provide 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or improve the Services from time to time.

5. Fees & Payment
You agree to pay all fees according to your subscription or custom contract. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

7. Intellectual Property
Voxent retains all rights, title, and interest in its technology, AI models, and content. You retain all rights to your data.
